We cordially invite you to join us as we kick off the holiday season with two events next week that will light up your night, give you a head start on your holiday shopping – and support the United Way of Northern Arizona.
On Wednesday, Nov. 14, spark your holiday spirit by joining us for the Little America Holiday of Lights.
In addition to the dramatic lighting ceremony, when hundreds of trees are illuminated by more than a million lights, this special evening will include a kiddie caboose train rides, balloons twisted into unique shapes, face painting, caroling, and a raffle to benefit UWNA.
The festivities are from 4 to 7:30 pm at 2515 E. Butler Ave. And don’t worry about parking – there’s a free shuttle courtesy of Northern Arizona University from nearby Foxglenn Park.
That weekend, get a head start on your holiday shopping with a visit to the Annual Mountain Campus Holiday Arts & Crafts Fair. Find some truly unique gifts for friends and loved ones while you support local artists and enjoy beautiful holiday music. There’s even a visit from Santa on Saturday!
The fair is from 9 am to 5 pm on November 17, and 10 am to 3 pm on November 18 in the DuBois Ballroom on the Northern Arizona University campus. The $2 fee for adults and $1 fee for students goes towards the United Way of Northern Arizona’s annual campaign. Kids 12 and under can get in for free.
We look forward to seeing you next week as we start this wonderful season!
