FLAGSTAFF — The City of Flagstaff invites members of the public to attend a meet and greet event on Friday, Sept. 9 from 3 – 5 p.m. at Flagstaff City Hall for final candidates for the position of City Engineer. The City conducted eight preliminary interviews for the position and has invited three candidates to Flagstaff to participate in the meet and greet event.
The candidate names and brief biographies are included below:
- Kimberly Moon – Ms. Moon is an Arizona Professional Engineer with a bachelor’s degree in civil engineering with structural emphasis and an associate of applied science in management. She has 27 years of public service and several years in private industry. Ms. Moon currently serves as a Capital Projects Manager/CIP City Engineer for the City of Chandler. She previously served in the Town of Prescott Valley and City of Santa Fe.
- Paul Mood – Mr. Mood is an Arizona Professional Civil Engineer with a bachelor’s degree in environmental engineering. He has 19 years of public service and six years in private industry. Mr. Mood currently serves as the Town Engineer in the Town of Paradise Valley. He previously served in the Town of Fountain Hills and Gilbert.
- Frank Marbury – Mr. Marbury is an Arizona Professional Engineer with a master’s degree in public administration and bachelor’s degree in civil engineering. He has 29 years of public service and almost four years of private industry. He is currently the Town Engineer/Public Works Director for the Town of Chino Valley. He previously served in the City of Kingman, City and County of Denver, City of Littleton, and Russel County.
