Sept. 24 — DACA Renewal Clinic to be held in Flagstaff

FLAGSTAFF — Do you want help completing the DACA renewal paperwork?

Come to the free DACA Renewal Clinic on September 24, 2017 at the East Flagstaff Public Library. Trained volunteers will be available to help complete DACA paperwork. Bring your social security number, address, any travel dates, and your last DACA application form (to help with dates).

Do you currently have DACA? You are eligible to apply for renewal if:

You are a current DACA beneficiary,

Your DACA will expire between Sept. 5, 2017, and March 5, 2018,

You have not left the United States on/after August 15, 2012 without permission,

You have lived in the United States continuously since your last DACA filing,

You have not been convicted of certain crimes (see USCIS.gov for details or come to the clinic),

You submit your renewal application by October 5, 2017.

To complete the renewal on your own, complete the following paperwork and submit to USCIS:

  1. Form I-821D, Consideration of Deferred Action for Childhood Arrivals (Use the most recent version of this form from the USCIS.gov website or they will reject your form!!!)
  2. Form I-765, Application for Employment Authorization
  3. Form I-765W Worksheet
  4. Form G-1145, E-Notification of Application/Petition Acceptance
  5. Submit the $495 fee. The Northern Arizona Dream Fund provides financial assistance for DACA.
