Nov. 16 — City of Flagstaff to hold Minimum Wage Forum

FLAGSTAFF — The City of Flagstaff Office of Labor Standards is hosting a community forum series on the minimum wage standards and implementation. The first event in the series will be held at 6 p.m., Nov. 16, 2017 at the Flagstaff Aquaplex located at 1702 N Fourth St. Flagstaff, AZ 86004.

The minimum wage in Flagstaff is currently $10.50. Starting Jan. 1, 2018, the minimum wage will increase to $11 per hour. The public is encouraged to attend and learn more about the increase. Cliff Bryson, the Office of labor Standards Manager will facilitate the forum and provide information on preparing for the next increase.

  • Mount Elden Middle School, 2332 N Fourth St. Flagstaff, AZ 86004 at 6 p.m.
  • Flagstaff High School, 400 W. Elm Avenue, Flagstaff AZ, 86001 at 6 p.m.
