FLAGSTAFF — NAU Ethnic Studies will present a series of César Chávez Week events from March 26 through March 30.
Events include:
- March 28 — 5:30 to 7:30 p.m. Wednesday — “The Crusade for Justice and Corky Gonzales Relationship with Cesar Chavez and the Farmworker Movement” with Ernesto Virgil, SBS Castro Building, Room 217.
- March 29 — 4:30 to 7 p.m. Thursday — “Agricultural Labor Production and Organizing in the U.S. Empire 1900 to 1980” with Dr. Jose G. Moreno. Film: Documentary on “Dolores Huerta” 2018).
- March 30 — 4 to 6 p.m. Friday — MEChA de NAU Film Night — “Walkout” (2006), NAU Student Union, Room 105, Office of Inclusion: Multicultural & LGBTQIA Student Services (IMQ).
