Did you know that our Sheriff
- notifies ICE as soon they suspect an arrested person might be undocumented?
- accepts ICE “warrants” that are not truly warrants? These pseudo-warrants have not been signed by a judge and are not about criminal matters.
- unconstitutionally holds people for up to an additional 48 hours to give ICE time to come get them?
