FLAGSTAFF — Join Coconino Community College and the Greater Flagstaff Chamber of Commerce for northern Arizona’s largest community career expo.
The Greater Northern Arizona Career Expo will be Saturday, April 7, 10 a.m. to 2 p.m., at the CCC Lone Tree Campus in Flagstaff. The career expo will focus on employers and those seeking employment throughout Coconino County.
“County employers and community members have been asking our department when we are going to have a community job fair,” said Brian Francis, CCC Director of Advising and Career Development. “This belongs to the community. We have already seen a tremendous amount of support, and we would just like to thank the community for letting us host this wonderful event.”
Employers who are Diamond and Ruby sponsors will have the ability to reserve interview space, and all employers will have the chance to hire qualified candidates on the spot. A computer lab will be available for candidates to apply online. Employers will get the chance to showcase their businesses, and job hunters will get a one-stop spot for that next job to help them along their career paths.
The career expo will include a live remote from the staff at KAFF Country (92.9 FM), and they’re bringing along pizza. Free Mountain Line bus rides will be provided to the career expo.
