Become a F3 Member in 2023!

It is the strength of our membership that makes
a difference and allows the voices of Flagstaff residents to be heard during critical discussions
in our city.

Our membership numbers helps to ensures that F3 continues to be the go-to organization that decision makers consult about changes that affect Flagstaff. With more members, F3 can have more impact.

The Friends of Flagstaff’s Future (F3) Board of Directors invites you to become a member of our local grass-roots nonprofit.  If you are already a member, we hope you will pass this letter on to friends who you believe may be interested in supporting F3’s work.

F3 is a grassroots, multi-issue organization whose mission is to achieve a sustainable, just, and thriving Flagstaff through community education, engagement, and advocacy.

Why Join F3?
You may not always have the time to gather information to stay on top of the many important issues and policy decisions happening in Flagstaff. This often requires intense study of policies and issues, attending weekly City Council meetings, participating in local and regional planning efforts, meeting individually with city staff about matters of importance, serving on important committees, and much more.

No worries, F3 has you covered! Working with F3’s Board of Directors, this is exactly what our full-time Director, Michele James, does!  In order for F3 to do the work that it does, it requires that we are able to pay our Director on a sustainable basis.

F3’s Focus Areas define how we conduct our work within the community.

Our Focus Areas are:

• Affordability
• Land Use and the Built Environment
• Climate Change Adaptation and Resilience
• Transportation
• Local, Resilient and Equitable Economy
• Water and Natural Resources
• Open Space, Public Spaces, and Viewsheds
• Civic Engagement

An individual membership can be purchased for $40, a family membership for $60. Join via our website or send a check to PO Box 23462, Flagstaff, AZ 86002 (include your email, phone, and names of the members). For any questions, just reply to this email.
