We have reached the halfway point of the 60-day public review for the Flagstaff Regional Land Use Plan 2045. Don’t miss your opportunity to weigh in on the draft! Please submit your comments by Thursday, December 19th at 5pm. 
There are two ways to comment on the draft:

1. Click here to access the interactive document on the Konveio platform. Read the draft, drop a pin to add a comment, and view, reply, and vote on others’ comments.

2. Submit a comment letter via email to Sara Dechter, sdechter@flagstaffaz.gov
Hard copies of the draft plan are available for reference at the Downtown Library, East Flagstaff Library, City Hall Community Development Counter, and Coconino County Community Development Office. To request a take-home hard copy of the plan, email Elsa Erling, elsa.erling@flagstaffaz.gov
Thank you to all who attended our four workshops over the last week! Your comments from the workshops will be compiled with all public review comments to be addressed in the coming round of revision.

There are three more opportunities to bring your questions and comments to staff at drop-in office hours. Office hours are held most Fridays from 11am – 2pm. 

  • Friday, November 22: County Community Development – 2500 N Fort Valley Rd #1, Flagstaff, AZ 86001

  • Friday, December 6: Bellemont Fire Station – 11951 W Shadow Mountain Dr, Bellemont, AZ 86015

  • Friday, December 13: Summit Fire Station #32 – 8905 Koch Field Rd, Flagstaff, AZ 86004
Toward the end of the public review period, there will be an online webinar on Wednesday, December 4th at 6pm. This webinar will feature an overview of the plan, a discussion of the feedback staff has received so far, and time for questions.
