This Week’s Happening Highlights
The Flagstaff CVB publishes Flagstaff 365 Happenings on a weekly basis to highlight local events happening in and around Flagstaff. It is distributed throughout Downtown Flagstaff, displayed in kiosks and storefronts, and also available at the Flagstaff Visitor Center. Below are some highlights. Friday-Saturday, December 7-8
 
A Christmas Carol Suite in Modern Bare Feet presented by Canyon Movement Company, Clifford E. White Theater. The holiday classic like you’ve never seen it before. Fri.-Sat. 7:30 p.m.; Sat. 11 a.m

Friday-Sunday, December 7-9
Theatrikos presents The Best Christmas Pageant Ever, Doris Harper-White Playhouse. The Herdman children stomp onstage in this touching, hilarious show.

Fri.-Sat. 7:30 p.m.; Sun. 2 p.m. 

 

Saturday, December 8
Holiday Parade of Lights, Historic Downtown Flagstaff. This spectacular “electric” parade has become a favorite holiday tradition. 6-8 p.m.; free.

High Country Holidays
The High Country Holidays in Flagstaff bring together the warm memories of past holidays with new traditions for family and friends to embrace. From Thanksgiving through the New Year, Flagstaff is abuzz with plenty of holiday spirit and residents and visitors alike will share in the joy of the season.

FLG Lunar Legacy
Experience the 50th anniversary of one of humankind’s grandest achievements in setting foot on another world and celebrate Flagstaff’s Role in the Apollo Moon Missions. Many milestones occurred in the Flagstaff area including astronaut science training, instrument development and lunar mapping.
