Origami Flower Take-and-Make Kit. Learn to create a 3D paper flower using a traditional origami technique. Instructions and paper are provided! Available April 1st - 30th at the Information Desk.
Climate conversation. Beyond Recycling: Less plastic, More Impact. Tuesday, April 8th at 6pm. East Flagstaff Community Library. Image of trash cleanup with recycle bins.
Senior Coffee Hour: the 2nd Wednesday of every month at 10am. Join us at the Downtown Library for coffee, pastries, and a conversation about a special topic! For older adults age 55+.  This month we will learn from Sanoma Boynton about Sustainability services and opportunities, including Fix-It clinics and community stewardship.  Presented in partnership with AmeriCorps Seniors.

With the use of prompts, time allotments, and group sharing, Wily Writers will learn more about their writing and support others along the way. You bring your writing tools and we'll bring the fun!

Senior Book Club at the Joe C. Montoya Community & Senior Center. 3rd Monday of every month.  April 21st @ 1:00 PM Maame by Jessica George. Upcoming: The Underworld by Susan Casey May 19th.
Youth Events

Spring 2025 Storytimes at the Flagstaff Downtown Library.   BOUNCING BABIES Mar 18- May 6 Tuesdays @ 9:15 am Enjoy songs, stories, fingerplays, knee bounces, rhymes and more with your infant!   PRESCHOOL EXPRESS Mar 19 - May 8 Wed & Thurs @ 10:00 am Surprises galore are in store when we get together for stories, songs and games.   SATURDAY STORY STOP Year-round @ 10:30 am Come to a fun-filled morning of storytime for ALL ages.   TODDLER TALES Mar 18 - May 6 Tuesdays @ 10:00 am Your toddler will delight in this special time for stories, songs, games and more.

Game Day 2025. Thursdays Mar 20 - May 8 3:00 - 4:30 pm. Ages 8-17. Video games & table top games! East Flagstaff Community Library.
Join us and the NAU RaMP scholars to learn about the Pinyon Pine in Northern Arizona and make tree ring art. All participants will take home a pinyon pine or juniper seedling (while supplies last)!  Ages 7+ Program takes place at the Downtown Library, Friday April 11th, at 1pm. Flyer is green and shows images of the pinyon pine and pinecones. This event is a partnership with NAU.
Technology Help
Free Technology Instruction and Resume Help. 30-minute,one-on-one instruction sessions available for help with introductory software, creating email accounts, downloading eBooks, résumé development, online job applications, and more.   Click here to see available dates. Registration is required for all sessions.
