Small Business Relief Grant Program Open!
The Flagstaff Downtown Business Alliance (FDBA) is pleased to announce a new Small Business Grant Relief Program to help small businesses as they continue to face the financial impact related to COVID-19. The first round of this program has contributions totaling $30,000, provided by the City of Flagstaff, Coconino County and Northern Arizona University.
The Small Business Grant Relief program offers $1,000-$3,000 grants to businesses located in the City of Flagstaff (with some grants funded by Coconino County going to businesses in the broader Coconino County area), employing fewer than 10 people needing immediate assistance on operational expenses such as payroll, rent payment, utilities, compliance with COVID-19 regulations, etc. The focus will be on small, independently-owned and family-owned businesses.
Applications will be available beginning at 12pm on Monday, October 12, 2020 on the FDBA’s website – https://downtownflagstaff.org/about/relief-grant-program, and are due no later than 12pm on Friday, October 16.  The total amount raised is $30,000, and since grants are open to businesses citywide, funds will go quickly. We encourage downtown businesses to apply as soon as possible!! As additional funding partners are secured, additional applications will be accepted.
