Coconino County and the City of Flagstaff will be holding a Community Meeting tonight July 23, 2019 at 6:00 p.m. at Flagstaff High School in the auditorium. If you cannot attend in person, the meeting will be live streamed on our County Face book page and will then be posted to our YouTube page if you cannot attend or watch.
Sheriff’s office has also informed us that there is a scam that has come to their attention where calls are being placed to residents asking them to evacuate their homes. Please be aware, if there is an evacuation, notice will come via the Emergency Notification System only and our CERT, Search and Rescue and law enforcement will go door to door in the GO/Evacuation area.
National Weather service is calling for a 70% chance of rain today which heightens the risk of flooding. We have crews assessing the flood risks and will share information as soon as we receive it.
