FLAGSTAFF — The Flagstaff City Council will hold a regular City Council meeting at 4:30 p.m. Tuesday, Dec. 3 at the City Council Chambers, 211 W. Aspen Ave. This meeting is open to the public. An executive session will be held at 2 p.m.
