STAGE 2 FIRE RESTRICTIONS
Coconino County is in Stage 2 fire restrictions. For parks and natural areas managed by Coconino County, the following restrictions apply:
• No camping allowed outside of campground area.
• All campfires are prohibited.
• No charcoal/wood grills and liquid fuels and/or liquid petroleum gas fire rings.
• Smoking prohibited outdoors.
• No vehicle parking and/or driving on grassy, forested, and unimproved/undeveloped areas.
• Chainsaws and other small, motorized equipment are prohibited by park users.
SPECIAL EVENTS LINEUP
We’re excited to host a performance by Muskellunge with the Summer Concerts in the Park on June 29 at Peaks View County Park. Sponsored by The Friends of Coconino County Parks, this summer concert tradition is a fun time to enjoy music outdoors with friends and family!

The Pepsi Amphitheater at Fort Tuthill County Park has a jam-packed lineup this summer. In fact, Flag Live! said the Pepsi Amphitheater is “back in living color with a lineup that you have to read to believe.”
NOW HIRING EVENT STAFF FOR THE 2022 COCONINO COUNTY FAIR
Coconino County Parks & Recreation is now hiring for the 2022 Coconino County Fair, taking place at Fort Tuthill County Park in Flagstaff, AZ on Friday, September 2 through Monday, September 5.
Each year the Coconino County Fair employs approximately 40 part time (temporary) employees. Positions hired for the fair include: admission cashier/floater, admissions money runner, ice crew, mascot & mascot handler, parking staff, ticket scanners, and more.
Pay ranges $15.50 – $16.50 per hour. Training is provided. Learn more and apply at GovernmentJobs.com.
