COCONINO COUNTY — All Coconino County administrative offices will be closed Monday, May 31, 2021 in honor of Memorial Day.
While the administrative offices at the Sheriff’s Office will be closed, Dispatch, Patrol and Detention will be open. Records will be open from 8 a.m. – 4 p.m. on May 31. Please dial 9-1-1 for emergencies. For non-emergencies, dial 928-774-4523 to connect with the non-emergency Dispatch number or to leave a message for one of the administrative offices.
Coconino County’s parks and natural areas will remain open Monday, May 31, but administrative offices at Fort Tuthill County Park will be closed and limited staff or services will be available. All of Coconino County parks and natural areas remain under Stage One fire restrictions; charcoal/wood grills are not allowed and no campfires are allowed outside of the campground area, visitors may use liquid gas stoves only on improved surfaces.
Coconino County Health and Human Service (CCHHS) Animal Management will have an officer available on Monday, May 31 from 7 a.m. – 5:30 p.m. Contact the CCHHS Animal Management office at 928-679-8756 to leave a message and an officer will return the call. Please call 9-1-1 for any emergencies.
Stage One Fire restrictions are in effect throughout Coconino County. This includes a ban in the unincorporated areas of the County, including on private lands. Stage One fire restrictions prohibit fires including campfires, charcoal, coal and wood stoves, as well as a ban on fireworks.
