On (Feb. 1), the Coconino County Board of Supervisors proclaimed February 2022 as Black History Month.
In celebration of Black History Month, the African Diaspora Advisory Council is now accepting entries for their Black History Month Essay and Art Contest. The contest is open to all students in Coconino County. Submissions will center around the theme of Black Health and Wellness and must be received by February 20, 2022.
