The annual Coconino County Fair is this Labor Day weekend at Ft. Tuthill County Park, Flagstaff.
The four-day event features live entertainment, exhibits, livestock shows and auction, carnival rides, interactive activities for youth and adults, and over 100 food and commercial vendors.
There is live entertainment for the whole family throughout the event including musical and variety acts on the main stage, as well as various stage and strolling entertainment on the grounds. The feature headliners for each night on the main stage are:
Friday, Sept. 1 at 7:30 p.m. – Mogollon
Saturday, Sept. 2 at 7:30 p.m. – Snake Oil
Sunday, Sept. 3 at 8 p.m. – Grupo Control
Monday, Sept. 4 at 2:30 p.m. – Rose’s Pawn Shop
Fairgoers will experience a new look at the Fair this year due to the redevelopment of the historic Quad at Fort Tuthill. Improvements include concrete pathways with upgraded lighting throughout the fairgrounds and a new PA system.
The public can save money from fair vendors by purchasing a coupon book. Over 20 vendors are offering special deals, including discounts on turkey legs and funnel cake sundaes. Coupon Books are available at the information booth for only $3 and include a savings of over $60. People can also get a coupon book by donating three cans of food to the Northern Arizona Junior Livestock Association and the 4-H “Bust the Barn” food drive.
This year, the Fort Tuthill Military Museum will be open during the Fair, with new interpretive exhibits in place. Museum hours are:
Friday – 10 a.m. – Noon
Saturday – 10 a.m. – 4 p.m.
Sunday – 10 a.m. – 4 p.m.
Monday – 10 a.m. – Noon
Coconino County Parks and Recreation again partnered with the Northern Arizona Intergovernmental Public Transportation Authority (NAIPTA) to offer complimentary Park and Ride service to the Fair. NAIPTA Mountain Line bus service will be Friday through Monday. The shuttle departs from NAU at 4 p.m. on Friday and runs every 40 minutes. The shuttle departs from NAU at 10 a.m. on Saturday, Sunday and Monday, and runs every 20 minutes. The last bus departs the Fair and returns to NAU 10:30 p.m. Friday through Sunday and 4:30 p.m. on Monday.

- Military discount: active, retired, and veterans $7 admission.
