‘Backpack Full of Cash’ screening to be held Nov. 2 in Flagstaff

The NAU Arizona Education Association Student Chapter and Save Our Schools will present the screening of “Backpack Full of Cash” at 5 p.m. Friday, Nov. 2 at Federated Community Church, 400 W. Aspen Ave.,  Flagstaff. Free admission, but RSVP required at Tinyurl.com/FlagBFC Narrated by actor Matt Damon, the film explores the real cost of privatizing America’s Public Schools, including its impact on America’s most vulnerable children, according to event organizers. This 90-minute documentary takes viewers through the tumultuous 2013-14 school year, into the world of what is now called education “reform.”
