FLAGSTAFF — The City of Flagstaff Housing Section (the “City”) is pleased to announce the availability of American Rescue Plan Act of 2021 (“ARPA”) Coronavirus State and Local Fiscal Recovery Funds (“Local Recovery Funds”) to support Housing Assistance projects, programs, and services (“Projects”).
Applications Due: December 19, 2022 by 4:00pm
The City is seeking partners for eligible projects for the purpose of providing housing assistance to City of Flagstaff residents. The purpose of the Projects must be to respond to the negative economic impacts of the COVID-19 pandemic by helping households recover from economic impacts, particularly disproportionately impacted low-income workers and people of color.
Interested parties may access a recording of the pre-application workshop here and the NOFA, application, attachments, addenda, and related files here. Information regarding the legal requirements of ARPA funding, organizations eligible to apply and other pertinent information is outlined in detail in the NOFA.
The application and all required documents and attachments shall be submitted electronically, through the City’s website and utilizing the online portal that can be accessed here, no later than 4pm on December 19, 2022.
Any questions pertaining to this NOFA shall be submitted in writing to Kristine Pavlik, Housing and Grants Administrator, via email to Kristine.Pavlik@flagstaffaz.org on or before December 5, 2022, at 4pm. The City’s written response to each question submitted will be sent to all known prospective applicants for whom the City has a valid e-mail address.
