FLAGSTAFF — The City of Flagstaff will launch a new water payment and billing portal on Nov. 10, 2017.
The move to the new portal is based on changes suggested by customers and will allow customers to access paperless statements, to schedule one time and recurring payments, view account information online in a more user-friendly format and process immediate refunds. The portal is user friendly, accepting secure information from your debit or credit cards, as well as checking and savings accounts, making it environmentally friendly too.
There are three new ways to access your statements and payments:
- E-bills: Sign up for email notifications and the City will send you an email each time a statement is ready to be viewed online.
- Easier Online Payments: Use Quickpay or login to manage one time and recurring eCheck, debit or credit card payments. There is no fee to use this service.
- Paperless Statements: instead of receiving a paper statement view account activity, usage and statements online.
Please note that logins and autopayments will not be transferred from the old portal. All current customers will receive an email with detailed instructions for accessing your account. This email will contain a link to the new portal which will allow you to create your new account and will require your customer account number and billing zip code to validate the account for the first time.
