FLAGSTAFF — The City of Flagstaff announces a redesigned monthly schedule for glass recycling collection beginning in the 2017 New Year.
Since inception, the City of Flagstaff glass-recycling program has experienced much success, almost tripling the number of customers. In continuing to deliver once a month service for glass recycling service, a newly improved schedule will be implemented in an effort to simplify pickup for customers.
Here is the section schedule and below is the 2017 Glass Recycling Schedule with the specific dates of service and map.
- Section 1 – First Wednesday of the month.
- Section 2 – Second Wednesday of the month.
- Section 3 – Third Wednesday of the month.
- Sections 4 & 5 – Fourth Wednesday of the month.
Given scheduling overlap with the shift into the 2017 New Year, glass collection service will be provided in Sections 1, 4 and 5 on Wednesday, January 4th.
The City of Flagstaff ensures that every glass customer receives the monthly service expected and we look forward to a new year of providing glass recycling collection services.
