At this charitable end of the year, can you make a donation to Theatrikos?

Dear Theatrikos Patron of the Arts,

December is the time of year for charitable giving. And to become a member of Theatrikos. We hope you’ll become a member today so Theatrikos can keep bringing the best theatre to Northern Arizona.

We’ve only been able to reopen because pandemic relief grants and annual memberships have made it possible. But disaster relief is pretty much over. So annual memberships are all the more important. Your donation will make a difference.

Your annual donation will be used for:

Before the end of the year, can you make a $50 Basic Membership contribution to Theatrikos? Or maybe $10 or $20/month? You’ll become a member and your name will appear in the program for all of the shows of the 2024 Season. And more, importantly, you’ll be part of keeping performing arts thriving in our northern Arizona home.

Theatres all around the country are scaling back or closing altogether. The National Endowment for the Arts, in a statement to the New York Times, said “We’re seeing two to three organizations closing a month right now.”

But not Theatrikos. With smart but difficult financial and programmatic decision making, Theatrikos is moving forward.

Indeed, our current Christmas show is on track to become the most attended show in the 50+ year history of Theatrikos. A huge success. But ticket sales alone don’t balance the books.

Now’s the time for your $50 Basic Membership to help set the foundation for our 2024 Season. A $20,000 President Membership puts us a strong step ahead.
