The Board may change the order of the agenda at the time of convening the meeting or at any time during the meeting. Members of the Board of Supervisors will attend the meeting virtually or by telephone. Work sessions and regular meetings are open to the public. The implementation of the audio and video recording of the Board of Supervisors’ meetings is intended to improve residents’ understanding of Board decision making, and to improve the transparency of the decision making process, as well as to extend the reach of information regarding decision making to residents unable to attend public meetings.
The Board of Supervisors’ official actions are maintained in written minute form, pursuant to A.R.S. § 38-431.01 (B).
Audio and video recordings are not the official minutes of any of the Board’s public meetings. Any recording made of any Board meeting shall not supersede or replace the minutes of said meeting as the official record of the meeting.
