Thank you for participating in the 60-day public review!
Over 2,000 comments were submitted during the 60-day public review, which occurred from October 20, 2024 to December 19, 2024. It was wonderful to see how many people dedicated their time to reading the plan and providing feedback. We have read every comment and we are working on revisions to the draft.
Now available on the Regional Plan website:

  • A spreadsheet of all public comments
  • A Sensemaking Report, which summarizes the comments by theme
Regional Plan Committee Meeting #16
The next step in the revision process is reconvening the Regional Plan Committee to discuss resolutions for key topics raised by the 60-day public review comments.

What’s Next for the Regional Plan?

Stay tuned for more information on upcoming opportunities to provide feedback on plan revisions via a survey and open houses.

On Thursday, May 2nd, the City Council, Board of Supervisors, and Planning and Zoning Commissions will have a retreat to review the revised draft of the Flagstaff Regional Land Use Plan 2045. The retreat will be open to the public and you are invited to attend!
