Flagstaff STEM City — Volunteer Opportunity – The CocoNuts Need Your Help!

Greetings STEM Fans,

The CocoNuts Robotics Team from Coconino High School, the 2024 HALL OF FAME TEAM from the FIRST World Championships, needs your help to recruit judges for our upcoming FIRST Robotics Tournaments.

Every year, the CocoNuts run, sponsor and support over 15 robotics tournaments for thousands of students across the state. Additionally, the CocoNuts were named the 2024 STEM City Community Partner of the Year because of our tireless efforts to bring STEM to Flagstaff and Northern Arizona, including the RezBotics initiative, which has resulted in over 20 new robotics teams on the Navajo Nation!

The CocoNuts are always there to help when the Northern Arizona STEM community calls -please answer our call for help. We have several FIRST Robotics tournaments coming up in Flagstaff and across Northern Arizona, including two on the Navajo Nation, and we need numerous judges to make these events happen.

Please consider volunteering, and please pass the attached flyer along to your networks. The flyer has dates for the Northern Arizona events and instructions for signing up to volunteer. Together, we can inspire the next generation of innovators!

March 13-15: Arizona North FIRST Robotics Competition Regional, Flagstaff

Set the search filters for Arizona & choose an event
Select roles you are interested in
Complete your required Youth Protection Screening & sign your electronic consent form.
