Diversifying stakeholders, community groups, experience, and expertise represented by the Board of Directors is an important part of Creative Flagstaff’s strategic plan adopted in June 2021.
Over the coming couple of years, the Board anticipates recruiting members that provide leadership experience in nonprofit governance, philanthropy, arts, education, sciences, public policy, and programming from diverse lived experiences including BIPOC and creative professionals.
The board application can be found online here. Applicants interested in attending April 27, 2022 board meeting or meeting with an existing board member to learn more should email Executive Director, Jonathan Stone at jstone@creativeflagstaff.org.

March 2022 was a Youth Arts month to remember! Each March, Coconino Center for the Arts (CCA) participates in the national Youth Art Month. In 2022 CCA took Youth Arts to a new level, filling the entire month with art, music, and workshops for youth K-12. All Youth Arts programming was free to the public. All said and done, more than 850 visitors came through CCA during the month of March to participate in and celebrate Youth Arts.
