Ramada Reservations
RAMADA RESERVATIONS OPEN MARCH 15
We will begin accepting ramada reservations for the summer season on Monday, March 15. Visit the webpage Reserve a Ramada for more information and instructions.
FORT TUTHILL HAPPENINGS
Fort Tuthill County Park continues to be a County-operated COVID vaccination site. Visitors should be aware of changing traffic patterns if arriving at the park.
Snowplay has wrapped up for the season and the Flagstaff Snow Park is now closed. Thank you to the team at Flagstaff Snow Park for a great outdoor experience!
The Fort Tuthill Bike Park is currently closed due to wet and muddy conditions. Riding in these conditions will damage the bike park features. We’ll post on the bike park’s Facebook pagewhen it’s open again.
RECREATE RESPONSIBLY
Be mindful of limited parking and park appropriately. Be respectful of groomed tracks and trails and multiple uses. Minimize campfire impacts – choose not to have a fire in areas that may scar the landscape, in parking lots or at trailheads, or in areas where there is little wood. Shop locally. Be mindful of the impacts you may have on local communities. #RecreateResponsibly Check out ways to recreate responsibly

TRAIL NEWS
The Sun Corridor Trail is a long-distance trail linking significant urban, suburban, and rural trail systems beginning at the southern border of Arizona and finishing in Las Vegas, Nevada. The six trail segments consist of approximately 1,500 total miles of existing multi-use and proposed trail connections. Coconino County Parks & Recreation is a partner and has been involved in the planning process. Trail users can explore the new website, which includes information about the trail segments, maps, and areas of interest.
The Arizona Birding Trail is a cooperative effort among several agencies to identify birding sites and place them along “trails” which are grouped in different geographic areas within the state. This will be a great resource for birders in Arizona to find birding spots and to help them chase down that elusive species they have been trying to get.
