FLAGSTAFF — The Flagstaff Visitor Center will reopen May 22, 2020, to coincide with the Governor’s opening of the state. The Visitor Center will reopen in an effort to support and serve visitors and the community as businesses and restaurants in historic downtown Flagstaff and other parts of the city reopen. With expected increases in visitation and local community activity, there will be an increased need for accurate destination information and guidance. As the weather improves and the visitation high season approaches, these guidance protocols will be shared by the Visitor Center Staff. Additionally, public restrooms will be opened, cleaned and maintained throughout the day.
Safety measures will be in place in accordance with the Centers for Disease Control and Prevention (CDC) and Arizona Department of Health Services (ADHS) guidelines including social distancing, enhanced cleaning protocols, and PPE for staff members. Visitor brochures will be placed outside and curbside service will be offered to limit the interactions with staff and the public. If possible, please obtain visitor information over the phone at (928) 213-2952 or through email at visitorcenter@flagstaffaz.gov.
