ECoNA — Flagstaff Bioscience Roadmap Luncheon

Dear Friend,

The Flinn Foundation will be hosting its annual luncheon in Flagstaff next month to discuss progress made on the Arizona Bioscience Roadmap, the long-term strategic plan to make the state competitive and a national leader in select areas of the biosciences.

The event will start at noon on Tuesday, April 14, at the Little America Hotel. Cost to attend the event is $25 and you can register here.

The program will include:

  • New performance data on the state’s bioscience sector by Mitch Horowitz, Principal and Managing Director, TEConomy Partners.
  • Results of an assessment of Arizona’s Technology and Research Initiative Fund (TRIF) by Kevin Klowden, Executive Director, Milken Institute Center for Regional Economic and California Center.
  • A look at the Arizona Republic’s new multimedia bioscience reporting beat.

The biosciences are vitally important both in our region and statewide. This promises to be an exciting event as we learn more about the bioscience roadmap’s progress and how it will help secure our place in this vibrant sector.

Register today and I look forward to seeing you on April 14th at the luncheon.

Sincerely,

Gail Jackson
