UPDATES TO COUNTY FAIR FEES PROPOSED
The Coconino County Board of Supervisors reviewed fee changes for the Coconino County Fair at their regular meeting on Jan. 28. The fees, which have not increased since 2006, reflect proposed changes to County Fair vendors, entries for open livestock, and 4-H wristbands. The public can comment on the proposed fee changes during the 60-day public comment period which ends Apr. 6. Go on our website to learn more, view proposed fees, and submit a comment.

Spotlight on…
Flagstaff Extreme, LLC operates a Tree Top Adventure Course and Adventure Zip Lines at Fort Tuthill County Park. Every year, thousands of people experience the thrill of the tree-top obstacle and zip line courses set among the Ponderosa pines. Flagstaff Extreme opened in 2012 and was one of the first public-private partnerships that Coconino County Parks & Recreation developed. The public-private partnership model offers a revenue share where funds go back to the County and have been used to purchase needed parks and recreation equipment, upgrades to the horse stables, and other park visitor amenities at Fort Tuthill County Park.
Thank you for your partnership Paul, Rachel, and Zach!
