March 29 — NAU Latin American Studies to present Luis Cárcamo-Huechante: ‘Scenes of Listening — Acoustic Colonialism and its Counter-Currents in Mapuche Land’

FLAGSTAFF — Thursday March 29 at 6 pm in the Native American Cultural Center, Luis Cárcamo-Huechante, Associate Professor and Director of Native American Cultural Studies Institute at University of Texas at Austin will present, “Scenes of Listening: Acoustic Colonialism and its Counter-Currents in Mapuche Lands.” A Latin American Studies event (co-sponsored with Applied Indigenous Studies, Ethnic Studies, ONAI)
