These ordinances would amend the Flagstaff Zoning Map to rezone two properties from Public Facility (PF) to Medium Density Residential (MR).

The impacted properties are:

  • 1700 E Sixth Avenue (0.86 acres)
  • 3050 N West Street (1.38 acres)

The Concept Rezoning of these parcels meets the intent of the City’s Regional Plan goals and policies. The Sixth Avenue site will contain a maximum of 11 units and the West Street site will contain a maximum of 28 units. The rentals will be affordable to those at or below 80% of the area median income (AMI).
