The Arizona Department of Transportation is advising drivers to plan for early morning travel delays on Wednesday, Dec. 23, as crews make repairs to two roundabouts on J.W. Powell Boulevard just west of the Flagstaff Pulliam Airport.

ADOT reminds drivers to slow down and use caution around construction personnel and equipment while the following restrictions are in place:

  • Intermittent full closures of the two roundabouts on J.W. Powell Boulevard between SR 89A and Interstate 17 between 3 and 7 a.m.
  • Drivers should be prepared for intermittent delays of about 15 minutes while the repair work is being done.
  • Flaggers will stop and guide drivers through the work zone.
