Flagstaff Travel Alert: Lane Restrictions planned on Historic Route 66 between Riordan and South Milton roads July 21

Flagstaff drivers should plan for roadway restrictions on a small section of westbound Historic Route 66 between Riordan and South Milton roads in Flagstaff from 5:30 a.m. to 3 p.m. Sunday, July 21. The Arizona Department of Transportation has issued a permit to install a new westbound deceleration lane.

One travel lane in each direction will remain open at all times. Drivers are advised to prepare for delays and watch for construction equipment and personnel through the work zone.
