Adult & All-Ages Events
The Art of the Camera and Its History. Join us in looking at cameras of all shapes, sizes, and designs as we try to capture the charm, fun, creativity, and the art of cameras. Monday, March 20th, 6:00 to 7:30pm. Downtown Library and on Zoom.
Movie Tuesday: A League of Their Own. A look at the first women's baseball league, set during WWII, that focuses on the rivalry between sisters who play on the same team managed by a washed-up ex-Major Leaguer. March 21st at 5:30 to 7:45pm. Downtown Library. Rated PG for language.

Painting with Watercolors. Thursday, March 30th. 1pm to 3pm. Join us at the Downtown Library's Community Room as we paint a landscape. There will be an artist on hand to help with your design. PRE-REGISTRATION REQUIRED.
Climate Conversations: Land Use, Housing, and Climate.  Part of the Climate Resilience Project, Climate Conversations are expert-facilitated discussions on the science, news, and feelings around a climate topic. Thursday, March 30th at 6pm. Downtown Library Community Room.
Data Axle Reference Solutions. Learn how to use the U.S. Business and Consumer Modules to target specific groups of businesses or individuals who may be interested in your products or services. Friday, March 31st, 1pm to 2 pm. Downtown Library.
Writers' Meet and Greet. Discover writing groups from around Flagstaff and Northern Arizona. Swap ideas for resources to help with drafting, editing, publishing, and every step in between. Southwest Reads Book Club: The Emerald Mile by Kevin Fedarko. Wednesday, March 22nd at 5:30pm. Downtown Library Community Room.
Banned Book Club: The Handmaid's Tale. Wednesday March 29th, 5:30 to 6:30pm Downtown Library Community Room. Totalitarianism. Sex slavery. Tyranny in the guise of religion.  Join us to discuss the novel as well as the concepts of free speech and censorship as we encounter them today.
Climate Resilience Project Common Read Book Club. Join monthly meetings to discuss a chapter of The Community Resilience Reader. Join us in person at the Downtown Library Community Room or on Zoom, even if you haven't read the chapter yet! Thursday, March 28th at 5:30pm: Chapter 6, The Roots of Our Crises

Technology Help
Free Technology Instruction and Resume Help. 30-minute,one-on-one instruction sessions available for help with introductory software, creating email accounts, downloading eBooks, résumé development, online job applications, and more.
