FLAGSTAFF — The Flagstaff City Council meeting scheduled for March 24 is cancelled. City Council meetings will resume on March 31 in a format that continues to be available for the public to view online. In-person attendance by the public at the meetings will still be suspended with the exception of Liquor License and Public Hearing items. The public can continue to provide in-person comment on these Pubic Hearing items and will be asked to leave after these items are closed.
The public can access council meetings on the city’s website at https://www.flagstaff.az.gov/1461/Streaming-City-Council-Meetings. The public can submit comments that will be read at the dais by a staff member to publiccomment@flagstaffaz.gov. Email comments should follow the same guidelines as the in-person comment process. Senders should include their name, agenda item, if they wish the comment to be read aloud (or disseminated in writing to Council) and no more than three minutes of commentary. Profane and threatening language will not be read.
