COCONINO COUNTY — Coconino County is seeking a creative, collaborative and innovative professional to serve as the Diversity and Inclusion Officer who is motivated by meaningful work, values collaborative relationships and embraces this role to realize a shared vision for our organization. As a member of the Coconino County Human Resources Team, you will be a key player influencing an organizational culture focused on proactive engagement and inclusion for team members.

This position is responsible for assessing the cultural competency of the organization to drive the development and implementation of a strategic plan. This role facilitates collaboration among Coconino County Departments, programs, to grow and sustain our vision for diversity, inclusivity and equity in meaningful ways for our team members and our communities. .

Requirements: Bachelor’s degree in Business/Public Administration, Human Resources, Communications or related field and two years of experience in a field related to diversity; OR, any equivalent combination of education, training or experience which demonstrates the ability to perform the duties of the position.
